Founder & Principal OT

Nisha Bal

B.Psych · M.OT · AHPRA registered

Nisha founded Seeds and leads every Functional Capacity Assessment, reviewing and signing off each report personally. Her paediatric work is grounded in relational therapy: building trust, emotional safety and genuine connection with children and their families. A certified yoga instructor, she weaves somatic practice, mindfulness and movement into her work to support nervous system regulation in a gentle, practical way.
