We come to you. Therapy in your home, your child's school, or wherever they feel most comfortable, in the real spaces where everyday life happens.
We work with how a child feels, not just what they do. Everything starts from a settled, trusting relationship, because that is where real growth begins.
We come to wherever your child feels most comfortable. No clinic rooms, no travel for families.
We build trust first. Connection is the foundation, and skills follow once a child feels safe and seen.
We look beneath the behaviour to understand what a child's nervous system needs to feel regulated and ready.
We focus on what your child can do. Neurodivergence is a different way of experiencing the world, not a deficit.
We work alongside you, sharing what we see and how to support it at home, so progress carries into the rest of the week.
We work with NDIS self-managed and plan-managed families, as well as privately funded families across Melbourne.
We support children with a wide range of needs, with or without a formal diagnosis. If you are not sure whether we are the right fit, reach out and we will let you know honestly.
We don't just work on what a child does, we focus on how they feel. Every session is built on safety, trust and genuine connection.
The connection between therapist and child is the foundation. Children grow when they feel safe and accepted, not under pressure.
We look at how a child's nervous system processes sensation, and build strategies that work in everyday life, not just in sessions.
Parents are the most important people in a child's life. We work alongside you, sharing what we see and how to support it at home, with parent coaching where it's helpful.
We look at what each child does well and build from there, rather than focusing on what is "wrong".
We help children understand their own nervous systems, and develop tools to manage big feelings, transitions and overwhelm.
We use polyvagal theory to understand what sits beneath the behaviour. When a child feels safe, real growth becomes possible.
Connection before correction.
Children don't thrive because of strategies alone. They thrive when they feel safe, connected and truly understood. Before we ask a child to stretch, try or cope, we help their nervous system settle. That usually starts with us: our calm, our playfulness, our patience.
Children do their best work in familiar environments. Therapy fits into real life, rather than asking real life to fit around therapy.
Children are more open at home. Less anxiety means more engagement, and more engagement means better progress.
We observe your child in the spaces they actually live, which gives us a far richer picture than a clinic room ever could.
Home visits remove the feeling of being taken somewhere to be "fixed". It is just someone coming over to play and grow.
Parents and siblings are naturally part of the session. We work on real routines, in the moments they actually happen.
We can see your child at home, school, kindergarten or in the community, wherever support is most needed.
No travel, no waiting rooms, no extra transitions. Therapy that fits around your family's routine.
What to expect from the moment you reach out. No referral needed.
Email or phone us with a brief outline of your child's situation. No referral needed, and we will get back to you promptly.
All new enquiries are reviewed by Nisha Bal, our founder and principal OT. She looks at your child's needs, location and situation to find the right therapist, whether sessions will be at home, school, kinder or elsewhere.
Your therapist gets in touch directly for a warm introductory conversation, not a clinical assessment. A chance to introduce themselves and talk through timing, location, pricing and travel before the first visit.
Your therapist comes to you. The first session is mostly about getting to know your child, building rapport, observing how they move and play, and hearing your story. No pressure to perform.
Regular sessions tailored to your child's goals. We share what we see with you along the way, work with schools and other providers where helpful, and adapt as your child grows and changes.
Because we come to you, the areas we can reach depend on which therapists have space and where they are based, and that shifts every few months as new OTs join us. The simplest thing is to get in touch and tell us your suburb. We will let you know straight away whether we have an OT near you, and if we don't quite yet, whether we expect to soon.
New therapists are coming on board through the year, including more across inner Melbourne and the west, so the areas we cover keep growing. Even if your suburb isn't listed, it's always worth asking.
Written by our team to help you understand what is happening beneath the behaviour, and what actually helps.
Our therapists are experienced, AHPRA-registered and deeply committed to relational, child-led practice.
No referral needed. Get in touch and we will have a conversation about your child and whether we are the right fit. NDIS, plan-managed and privately funded families are all welcome.
