We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to join a small, values-driven practice.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team providing home-based paediatric services across Melbourne's inner west and surrounds. The role is fully flexible — you design a workload that fits your lifestyle and professional goals.
At Seeds OT, we believe high-quality care for families begins with genuine support for therapists. We offer the highest proportion of the NDIS rate we can sustainably provide, alongside strong clinical, administrative and supervisory support.
Paediatric experience is welcome but not essential. We value empathy, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to grow.
We've built Seeds OT around a model that works for everyone — including the people who work here.
Approximately 75% of the NDIS rate — the highest proportion we can sustainably offer while providing real support structures around you.
Design a caseload that fits your life. No overloaded schedules, no pressure to take on more than is sustainable. You set the pace.
Regular, meaningful supervision included. We invest in your clinical development and want you to grow alongside the practice.
Strong administrative support so you can focus on clinical work — not paperwork, scheduling and back-office tasks.
A small, collaborative team grounded in mutual respect. No corporate structure, no hierarchy for its own sake — just good people doing meaningful work.
You'll have the time and freedom to work deeply with families — building real therapeutic relationships rather than rushing through sessions.
We hire for values and character first. Skills develop — the right foundations matter more.
Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA. New graduates welcome to apply.
You believe connection comes before correction. You build trust with children before you push for progress.
You listen before you act. You're curious about the person behind the referral, not just the presenting goals.
You value working alongside families and educators — not in isolation. Shared knowledge makes better outcomes.
Paediatric experience is welcome but not required. We value openness to learning and a willingness to develop above all else.
Families depend on consistency. You show up, communicate clearly, and take your responsibilities seriously.
Therapists who feel supported can support others better.
Seeds OT is an independent, therapist-led practice. We have no corporate owners and no shareholders. The way we treat our team reflects the way we treat our clients — with honesty, respect, and a genuine investment in their wellbeing.
Send us a brief introduction and your CV. We'd love to hear from you — even if you're not sure yet whether it's the right fit.
